Prior to your appointment with your GP or nurse :

Health Monitors are now available at all of our practice sites for all of our patients to use - and the good news is you don't even have to have an appointment booked to take advantage of this service!

Just call in today and ask one of our friendly receptionists for their help on how to use the machine if you need it.

The Health Monitor will provide you with details of your height, weight, blood pressure, pulse and a small smoking questionnaire all on 2 handy print outs. You are more than welcome to keep one of the print outs for yourself. All we ask is that you hand one print out to our receptionist with your name written on it so that we can update your medical records at the same time.

If you have an appointment :
We ask that all of our patients use this monitor prior to any nurse or GP appointment as this information is helping us to continue to provide our patients with the care that they have come to expect from our practice.

If you are referred on by your GP, we will need the information provided by the health monitor so if you haven't used the monitor before seeing your GP, please use it before you leave. We regret that without this information your referral may be delayed.
