Youthhealthtalk enables young people, their family and friends, and professionals such as doctors and teachers to understand young people's experiences of health, illness and life in general. The website feature real-life accounts of issues such as effect on work and education, social life and relationships, consulting health professionals and treatment.
Appointment lines are open from 8.30 - 18.00 Monday to Friday.
Our branch site at Fore Street, St Marychurch is closed between 1pm and 2pm Monday to Friday

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS 111, where your needs will be assessed and you will be directed to the relevant service.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Please note that from Monday 18th December 2017 and Friday 5th January 2018 appointments can only be booked on the day. No pre-bookable appointments will be available during this period.
All surgeries will be open as normal until 6.00pm on Friday 22nd December.
All surgeries will be closed From Saturday 23rd December to Tuesday 26th December inclusive.
Normal opening hours operate between Wednesday 27th December and Friday 29th December inclusive.
All surgeries will be closed on New Year's Day - Monday 1st January.
When the surgery is closed, please call 111 if you require urgent medical assistance.
PLEASE ONLY DIAL 999 IN THE EVENT OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY
If you are going away and need extra supplies, please indicate this on your prescription request.
Please make sure that you send in your prescription request as soon as possible before the holiday period.
With regret we cannot guarantee that prescription requests received after Wednesday 20th December will be processed before Christmas.
