National IT Issue Impacting the Practice
This morning there is a national problem with our computer system and we are unable to access your records. The surgery and the phone lines are still open but we may not be able to book appointments or look up results etc.
If your call can wait until later we would recommend contacting us then, when we hope our system is working again. We may also not be able to see you for a planned appointment today, as some appointments require access to your health record.
This issue relates to a national issue with IT, which is stopping banks, airlines and the stock exchange from working today. Please visit your community pharmacy or call 111 for health advice.
